I make a "shake" type smoothie using Element Cinnamon Roll protein powder with some ice, peach greek yogurt, frozen peaches and a little water - tastes like a piece of peach pie! Off to purchase another tub so I don't run out...
I like to just mix my protein powder with milk or water so it is important that it mixes well and doesn’t taste like chalk or have a gritty texture. This fits the bill perfectly!
Delicious protein powder. Goes well with water, milk, and milk substitutes...I use almond milk. Also pairs well with mixed berries and yogurt as a snack. Two thumbs up for sure.
We have tried them all! This one mixes easily with only water with no froth, slime or chalky aftertaste. There are a lot of flavors to choose from but the Chocolate Lava Cake is our favorite so far. Hands down the most delicious shake out there!
All of my protein powder is mixed with a little almond milk and used as creamer for my morning 10 cups of coffee. I ordered the cinnamon roll and peanut butter delight flavors. The cinnamon roll is the first one that was opened and one word describes it... DELICIOUS. It mixes super smooth and creamy. A great healthy addition to my morning coffee. I am really looking forward to trying the peanut butter delight.
